Origins of Capital RV & Boat Storage

Capital RV & Boat Storage was started by three best friends with young families who all met playing church league softball together. Inspired by a mentor who owns six similar storage facilities, the team at Capital RV & Boat Storage wanted to build a sustainable business that met a need in the market, provided a good return for their families and investors, and will become a recognized and reliable name in the industry.

Our goal at Capital RV & Boat Storage is to be the best vehicle storage place in the greater Houston area for high-end RV and boat storage solution providers. Our Location is in Katy, Texas, which is well situated close to Highway 99, I-10, and 290. Serving the communities of Bridgeland, Elyson, Katy Lakes, Cinco Ranch, and more, we take pride in offering secure and accessible storage units for vehicles in the Katy, Cypress, and Waller regions of Houston. We have locations in Cypress and Tomball open in the Fall Season of this year and recently we have opened our new location, Katy Cinco. Moreover, we are actively looking to acquire and build more locations throughout Houston.

Matt Bell – Founder/Partner

Matt is a globally recognized international trade lawyer/consultant. He served in senior leadership positions for major multinational companies. He is passionate about real estate investing and development. He owns a portfolio of rental properties, provides hard money loans to other investors, and has numerous syndication investments in various sectors. He is also an angel/pre-seed investor in 10+ startups serving on the advisory board to several of them. For Capital RV & Boat Storage he focuses on acquisitions, legal support, and marketing oversight.

Bryan Johnston – Founder/Partner

Bryan left a successful career as one of the leading commercial bankers in Houston to serve as the President of Countless Ventures. He loves to create models for real estate investments and developments and creatively structure deals to make them profitable for all involved. For Capital RV & Boat Storage, he focuses on financial analysis, fundraising, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Matt Norwood – Operations Manager

Matt started his career in commercial construction management for Whiting Turner before leaving to become a firefighter and spend more time with his family. When Memorial Capital began to scale, he left fire fighting to come lead the operations of Capital RV & Boat Storage. He oversees all construction, leasing, and daily operational needs for the company.
